Gooey on the Inside started off in the tiny kitchen of Kafi Dublin’s New York apartment. A food obsessed, self-proclaimed emotional eater from the Caribbean, Kafi had a crazy idea one day that she could make the perfect cookie. And man was she right. Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these perfectly baked cookies will bring you back to your childhood. Kafi also takes these classic treats and recreates them with unique flavors and ingredients. Pop these in the oven and just watch your friends and family swarm the kitchen (or warm these up when you’re home alone so you don’t have to share!)
