Ōra King caviar is made from roe harvested from Ōra’s very best breeding salmon when they are at the peak of maturity. The roe is hand-harvested and carefully inspected to ensure only the highest quality pearls become Ōra King caviar. A deep orange/red in color, the shiny plump caviar feature a delicate skin, rich flavor, and a distinctive ‘pop’ in the mouth. Limited in supply, Ōra King salmon caviar is decadent and luxurious, served on its own or as a garnish to a special meal.

Ōra King Salmon is certified Kosher by Kosher Kiwi Licensing Authority of New Zealand. The facility in which it’s packed is not certified kosher but no dairy or eggs are present in the facility.
Instructions / Storage
- Ōra King Salmon Cured Roe “Caviar” ships frozen with ice packs
- Ice packs & Caviar may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival place immediately in the fridge or in the freezer
- Unopened may be kept refrigerated for up to 10 weeks or frozen for up to 12 months
- Once opened, caviar should be enjoyed within 1 month
- Ōra King Salmon ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
