Since 1882, the Olivieri family has been making traditional Milanese Holiday sweet breads by hand in the Northern Italian city of Arzignano, using only the highest-quality ingredients and recipes that have remained largely unchanged. These panettone and pandoro are the real deal, and have been recognized by the Gambero Rosso food guide and won the 2019 International Great Taste Awards in London.

Panettone & Pandoro Options Include

  • Classic – The traditional panettone cake. Made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation. Filled with Australian 5 crowns raisins and candied oranges. You can find little black dots of Tahiti Bourbon vanilla inside
  • Triple Chocolate – White, milk and dark chocolate are blended together in order to create a unique burst of taste. The consistency is soft, the flavour is elegant but strong, not so sweet in the mouth, due to the presence of dark chocolate that lessens the sweetness of white and milk chocolate.
  • Apricot Salted Caramel – Filled with juicy apricots and salted caramel. The structure is extremely soft and it’s made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates
  • Gianguja Chocolate – Panettone Gianduia has a double leavening than 48 hours, it is only done with live yeast mother. There is the classic panettone tradition but the cake for the most demanding, who love to experiment. It has a mixture consisting of a Langhe Hazelnut paste IGP and Cocoa, then enriched with pearls Dark Chocolate 55%. 
  • Pear Chocolate – Filled with handmade candied pears and 55% dark chocolate chips. You can find little black dots of Tahiti Bourbon vanilla inside. The texture is extremely soft and the flavour is elegant but strong. It’s a rich but highly digestible panettone
  • Coffee Chocolate – A very intense and balanced flavour, where 100% Arabic Coffee embraces the dark chocolate. The structure of this artisanal panettone is extremely soft, the flavour satisfies the most experimental and demanding palates.
  • White Chocolate Berries – Filled with Ivoire chocolate and handly half-candied soft fruit. The dough texture is fluffy and the flavour meets the most sweet-toothed costumers’ needs.
  • Peach Amaretto – Filled with juicy peaches and amaretto. The structure is extremely soft and it’s made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates.
  • Pandoro – We’ve been fermentation masters since 1882. “Pandoro Olivieri 1882” is the Christmas cake par excellence. It’s a star-shaped cloud of butter, eggs, wheat flour, and vanilla. It has a refined and peculiar flavour. Its extremely soft texture is due to a 100% natural fermentation technique and a long and complex manufacturing method, that even includes a three-times kneading and fermentation process.

  • Olivieri 1882 ships Monday-Wednesday of each week
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
