To Store:
- BBQ ships frozen with ice packs, ice packs may thaw in transit
- Place BBQ in the refrigerator or freeze upon arrival
- May be kept frozen for up to 2 months
Brisket, Pork Loin, and Turkey
- Step 1: Thaw before cooking
- Step 2: Remove meat from shipping wrapper and wrap with foil
- Step 3: Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Step 4: Bake foil-wrapped brisket for approximately 60 minutes
- Step 5: Remove from foil and place back into the oven for approximately 30 minutes
- Step 6: Check meat temperature every 15 minutes until it reaches 160 degrees
- Step 7: Enjoy!
Ribs
- Step 1: Thaw before cooking
- Step 2: Remove meat from shipping wrapper and wrap with foil
- Step 3: Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Step 4: Bake foil-wrapped ribs for approximately 30 minutes
- Step 5: Remove from foil and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees
- Step 5: For “wet” style ribs, brush sauce on ribs after removing them from foil and cook at 275 degrees for 15 minutes
- Step 6: Enjoy!
Sausage
- Step 1: Thaw before cooking
- Step 2: Remove sausage from shipping wrapper and wrap with foil
- Step 3: Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Step 4: Bake foil-wrapped sausage for 30 minutes
- Step 5: Remove from foil and until temperature reaches 160 degrees
- Step 6: Enjoy!
