Ingredients
Filling Ingredients: Cream cheese (Pasteurized Cultured Milk and Cream, Salt, Stabilizers {Xanthan and/or Carob bean and/or Guar Gum), Sugar, Eggs, Cream (Carrageenan, Mono & Triglycerides & Polysorbate 80), Chocolate (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Butter, Soya, Lecithin-an emulsifier-Vanillan),Sour Cream (Pasteurized Cultured Light Cream, Nonfat Milk, Enzymes),Natural Flavoring, Salt.
Cookie Crumb Crust ingredients: Bleached Wheat Flour, Sugar, Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Palm Oil, Unbleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid) Corn Syrup, Chocolate.
Allergens: Milk, Wheat, Soya, Eggs, (Tree Nuts or traces).
Instructions / Storage
Each Cheesecake is shipped frozen on ice packs and will arrive frozen or slightly thawed. Thaw in refrigerator 2-4 hours, or on countertop for 1-2 hours.
Cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months.

- FREE SHIPPING to New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont . There is an additional ship charge for the rest of the country.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional charge of $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

Nuns of New Skete variety cheesecake was packaged very well and the best cheesecake I have ever had! It arrived frozen with ice packs in a large cooler. Another nice feature was their use of parchment paper to separate each slice of cheesecake which made it easy to take a couple slices frozen for later evening and yet keep the rest frozen!

First fruitcake I’ve had in years that reminds me of those my grandmother and aunt used to make. They’re of course were perfect blends of cake, fruit, nuts and rum or brandy. These from the nuns of New Skete are very close. I love fruitcake and have tried dozens over the years. This one is definitely going to be ordered again for Christmas and beyond.

The cheesecake from New Skete are the best I have ever tasted. I have been a fan of cheesecake for many years and when traveling, I frequently order cheesecake at the restaurants. Everyone who has a piece practically fall over themselves in giving praise for the flavor and texture of these cheesecakes. Do yourself, your, friends and family a huge favor by allowing them to experience these cheesecakes for themselves. My favorite is the chocolate raspberry. Ordering the cheesecakes through Goldbelly is easy. The cheesecakes arrived exactly on the day they were expected, carefully packed and ready to be enjoyed. I have given one to my fellow employees where I work, and they all quickly divided the cheesecake and took some home to their families.

This was one of the best cheesecakes we have ever eaten. Being from Jersey, we know cheesecake. The cake was for my sister's birthday and she loved it!
