To Store
- This package ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, remove contents from packaging and store in the fridge until ready to use
- Duck Pie is best consumed immediately but may be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, or frozen up to 6 months
- Pecan Pie is best stored at room temperature for up to 2 days, refrigerated for up to 5 days, or frozen up to 6 months
- If pies are frozen, defrost overnight in the refrigerator prior to reheating
- Chili Crunch can be stored at room temperature and is shelf stable

- Small Sauce Pot
Heat the Duck Pie
- STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350°F
- STEP 2: Remove plastic from pie.
- STEP 3: Place pie on the baking tray
- STEP 4: Reheat the pie in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, or until warmed through
- STEP 5: While the pie is in the oven, prepare the black bean sauce
- STEP 6: Warm bag of sauce under warm water until it liquefies
- STEP 7: Empty contents of bag into sauce pot and bring to light simmer over a low flame while pie is heating
- STEP 8: Keep warm until ready to serve. spoon sauce alongside the duck pie.
Pecan Pie
- Pecan Pie may be served slightly chilled, at room temperature, or warmed if desired
Warm the Pecan Pie
- STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350°F
- STEP 2: Remove plastic from pie.
- STEP 3: Place pie on the baking tray
- STEP 4: Reheat the pie in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until warmed through
