Brontosaurus Ribs
Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.
Heating:
- STEP 1 Preheat your over to 225 F.
- STEP 2 Unwrap the bronto ribs from cryovac.
- STEP 3 Place the bronto ribs in a deep pan, dish, or casserole pan with the ribs placed bone side down. Add about 1/4" of water to the pan/dish to just below the meat.
- STEP 4 Cover the pan with aluminum foil making sure to create a tight seal, then place in oven and heat for approximately 1 hour. After 1 hour, check the temperature of the meat to make sure it's over 165 F. If not, check again in 15 minute intervals until the meat is at least 165 F.
- STEP 5 Once ready, remove bronto ribs from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before removing the foil.
- STEP 6 Cut the ribs in between the bones, serve and enjoy!
Spare Ribs
Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.
Heating:
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
- STEP 2 Remove the ribs from the cryovac bag.
- STEP 3 Place the ribs on a sheet tray and cover with foil.
- STEP 4 Place the ribs in oven for approximately 20 minutes.
- STEP 5 Remove foil and continue to heat in the oven for an additional 10 minutes. This step will help rejuvenate the bark.
- STEP 6 Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with Mighty Quinn's BBQ sauce (as much or as little as you'd like). Cut ribs between the bones and enjoy!
Optional Sides:
Baked Beans
Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.
Heating:
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
- STEP 2 Cut bag and empty contents into a heat proof dish.
- STEP 3 Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil to create a seal. It is very important that the dish is completely sealed.
- STEP 4 Place the dish in the oven and heat for 45 minutes.
- STEP 5 Carefully remove the dish from the oven and remove the foil or lid. Enjoy!
Mac & Cheese
Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.
Heating:
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
- STEP 2 Place mac & cheese in oven on center rack, loosely covered.
- STEP 3 Bake for 30 minutes, then remove lid completely and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- STEP 4 Remove and serve. Enjoy!
Sweet Potato Casserole
Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.
Heating:
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
- STEP 2 Place sweet potatoes in oven on center rack, uncovered.
- STEP 3 Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- STEP 4 Remove and serve. Enjoy!
Wings
Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before heating.
Heating:
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 450 F.
- STEP 2 Arrange wings in a single layer on a sheet tray lined with aluminum foil.
- STEP 3 Bake for 22 minutes (or longer for crispier wings).
- STEP 4 Heat wing sauce in a sauce pan until warm.
- STEP 5 Remove wings from oven and toss in sauce.
- STEP 6 Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Optional: Slice scallions and cilantro into 1/4 inch pieces and sprinkle on top of wings.
