Instructions

Spare Ribs

Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.

Heating:

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • STEP 2 Remove the ribs from the cryovac bag.
  • STEP 3 Place the ribs on a sheet tray and cover with foil.
  • STEP 4 Place the ribs in oven for approximately 20 minutes.
  • STEP 5 Remove foil and continue to heat in the oven for an additional 10 minutes. This step will help rejuvenate the bark.
  • STEP 6 Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with Mighty Quinn's BBQ sauce (as much or as little as you'd like). Cut ribs between the bones and enjoy!

Burnt Ends

Upon arrival, store burnt ends in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.

Heating:

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 250 F.
  • STEP 2 Cut the cryovac bag and empty contents into a heat proof dish.
  • STEP 3 Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil to create a seal. It is very important that the dish is completely sealed.
  • STEP 4 Place dish in the oven and heat for 45 minutes.
  • STEP 5 Carefully remove the dish from the oven. Remove foil or lid and enjoy! 

Brisket

Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.

Heating:

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 225 F.
  • STEP 2 Wrap cryovaced brisket with heavy duty aluminum foil, forming a complete seal.
  • STEP 3 Place the brisket on a sheet tray and place in preheated oven with the correct side facing up (see sticker on package). 
  • STEP 4 Heat the brisket in the oven for 2 hours. Temp the meat by puncturing the top of the brisket with a thermometer. If the brisket is 165 F or higher, it is done. If not, check again in 15 minute intervals until the temperature has reached 165 F.
  • STEP 5Let rest for 10 minutes before removing foil and cryovac bag.
  • STEP 6 Remove foil and cut a hole in the cryovac bag. Drain excess liquid into a bowl, then unwrap the brisket.
  • STEP 7 Cut the brisket again against the grain in 1/4" slices. Pour reserved liquid over the brisket and enjoy!

Baked Beans

Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.

Heating:

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • STEP 2 Cut bag and empty contents into a heat proof dish.
  • STEP 3 Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil to create a seal. It is very important that the dish is completely sealed.
  • STEP 4 Place the dish in the oven and heat for 45 minutes.
  • STEP 5 Carefully remove the dish from the oven and remove the foil or lid. Enjoy!

Mac & Cheese

Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.

Heating:

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • STEP 2 Place mac & cheese in oven on center rack, loosely covered.
  • STEP 3 Bake for 30 minutes, then remove lid completely and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • STEP 4 Remove and serve. Enjoy!

Sweet Potato Casserole

Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.

Heating:

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • STEP 2 Place sweet potatoes in oven on center rack, uncovered.
  • STEP 3 Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • STEP 4 Remove and serve. Enjoy!

Wings

Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before heating.

Heating:

  • STEP 1 Preheat oven to 450 F.
  • STEP 2 Arrange wings in a single layer on a sheet tray lined with aluminum foil.
  • STEP 3 Bake for 22 minutes (or longer for crispier wings).
  • STEP 4 Heat wing sauce in a sauce pan until warm.
  • STEP 5 Remove wings from oven and toss in sauce.
  • STEP 6 Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  • Optional: Slice scallions and cilantro into 1/4 inch pieces and sprinkle on top of wings.
