Instructions
To Store
- Sides and Meat ship frozen with ice packs, ice packs may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival place sides and meat in the refrigerator or freezer
- Sides and Meat may be kept frozen for up to 2 months
To Serve
Sides
- Step 1: Thaw side before baking
- Step 2: Preheat oven to 325
- Step 3: Bake for 45 minutes
- Step 4: Enjoy!
Ribs
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 275
- Step 2: Bake 45 minutes
- Step 3: Enjoy!
Brisket
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 250 (convection) or 275 (standard)
- Step 2: Remove plastic but keep brisket wrapped
- Step 3: Bake 2 hours
- Step 4: Enjoy!
Sausage
- Step 1: Thaw before heating
- Step 2: Preheat oven to 250
- Step 3: Separate sausages onto a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Step 4: Enjoy!
Turkey
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 275
- Step 2: Remove plastic but keep turkey wrapped
- Step 3: Bake for 1 – 1.5 hours
- Step 4: Enjoy!
