What started out as a side business for Broadway actor Arnold Wilkerson in 1985 has since become a bona fide smash hit. This small pie shop first opened in NYC’s Theater District, but his baked goods were soon recognized as among the best in New York City.

Instructions / Storage
- All pies from Little Pie Company should be refrigerated and enjoyed within one week of arrival or can be frozen for up to one month.
- Defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
To Serve
Optional Heating Instructions (do not heat Key Lime Pie)
- Remove from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before heating.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and heat for 20 minutes.
- Let topping cool before serving.
- Enjoy!

The Mississippi Mud Pie was even better than advertised, and was so rich I couldn't finish the last bite. I'm a chocolate addict, but this was total chocolate immersion into another universe. Arrived here in perfect condition, when I was told it would, and exceeded my greatest expectations. Almost everything went well. The product, itself, was up to its usual high standard. Before I discovered the Little Pie Company, the best apple pie I ever ate was that prepared by Helen Corbitt, the chief chef of Neiman-Marcus's Zodiac Room, the restaurant on the top floor of the original N-M founded in 1907 by Herbert Marcus and Carry Neiman in Dallas, Texas. All other apple pies I've eaten are too sweet, too watery, or the apples are mealy and mushy. But the Little Pie Company, like Corbitt, has somehow figured out how to avoid these problems. This is THE most consistent food product I've ever bought. It never varies in quality. Frankly, I don't know how they do it. You would think I'd get a clunker once, but you would be wrong if you thought that.
