Linda’s Latkes are fully cooked and flash frozen prior to shipping. They are expected to arrive fully or partially thawed during transit. Upon arrival, place latkes in the freezer. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 year
Place frozen latkes on a baking sheet and heat in a 450F preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until hot (For Bit-Sized Latkes, heat in a 425F oven for 7 minutes). Enjoy them with apple sauce, or top with smoked salmon and crème fraiche.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 months unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 3 days.
Upon arrival, place the caviar and/or roe tins in the refrigerator (keep in the coldest section, towards the back, of the refrigerator if possible). Caviar can be stored in the refrigerator unopened for up to 6 weeks. Once opened, caviar is best enjoyed within 2 days for best flavor. Do not freeze the caviar.
