- Each Bite Sized Latke measures approx. 1.5" – 1.75"
- Choose to add Apple Sauce, Hand Sliced Smoked Salmon, or Handmade Crème Fraiche!

Ingredients
Potatoes, Soybean Oil, Egg Replacer (Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Leavening (Calcium Lactate (Not Dairy Derived), Calcium Carbonate, Cream Of Tartar), Cellulose Gum, Modified Cellulose), Unbleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mono Nitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Onion, Sea Salt, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate &Amp; Corn Starch (Made With Non-GMO Corn), Pepper.
Instructions / Storage
- Linda’s Latkes are fully cooked and flash frozen prior to shipping, may thaw fully or partially in transit.
- Upon arrival, store Latkes in the freezer for approximately 10 months.
To Serve
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 450ºF.
- STEP 2 Place frozen Latkes on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until sizzling. Microwave heating is not recommended.
- STEP 3 Enjoy with Apple Sauce, or topped with Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche!
Shipping Details
- Latkes ship on Monday-Friday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

These latkes are delicious. Works as a side dish with applesauce and sour cream or as a luxury hors d'oeuvre with caviar and creme fraiche. Nice to have the regular and the bite size in the freezer at all times.

I order the green onion regular sized latkes. I received the mini green onions latkes with a letter explaining they were sorry but at the time of my order they were out of the regular latkes. Because of that they included an additional package of the mini latkes. So I got two mini latkes for the price on one. They are great and I love all the different ways I can use them. One way is that I use them like tater tots.
