When Joseph Liebman opened Liebman’s Kosher Deli in 1953, there were more than 100 Jewish delis in the Bronx. Today, Liebman’s is the only kosher Jewish deli left standing. In 1980, Joseph Dekel, a native Israeli, bought the kosher deli and went to great lengths to preserve Liebman’s old recipes. When Dekel passed away in 2002, his son Yuval took over. Walking into Liebman’s Kosher Deli is a time warp—from its simple neon sign, to the no-frills Formica tabletops and padded booths, this Bronx deli is a genuine taste of classic New York.

This package includes your choice between 2, 3, 4 or 5 lbs. of Sliced Salami
- 1/2 lb. of Mustard
- Choose to add Rye Bread to your order
Kosher certified
Instructions / Storage
- Meats are frozen and shipped with ice packs which may thaw partially or fully during transit
- Upon arrival, place the meat in the refrigerator or freezer to serve later
- Allow meat to thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours or on a countertop before serving
- To serve, follow the instructions below
Heating Instructions
- Remove desired amount and place on microwave safe dish. Microwave for 15 seconds until completely he did through.
- Also try tightly wrapping desired amount in plastic wrap and gently steam until hot and tender.
Note: Some salamis may be coated in a thin layer of white mold. This is a good thing! It’s added during the curing process to protect the salami from unsafe mold growth, to keep the salami from drying out, and to help mellow out the salami’s flavor. You’re welcome to remove the casing, but it’s completely safe to eat.

I am totally in love with Goldbelly. Not only is the customer service phenomenal, but the food choices are varied and delicious. I don't know how they choose their suppliers, but every meal I've ordered has been carefully curated, and so delicious. There have been a few hiccups out of all the orders I've placed, but customer service is always quick and attentive in solving any issue.
They must be doing something right for me to keep coming back for more.
