We recommend eating your Kouing Amans within 24 hours of arrival. To keep for longer, wrap tightly and freeze. Then, thaw overnight in the fridge before you plan to serve.


Kouing Amans are best served warm. To warm, heat the oven at 375 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Then, let cool on a rack for a few minutes.
