New England Clam Chowder

To Store
  • New England Clam Chowder ships frozen with dry ice
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze up to 30 days
To Serve
  • STEP 1: Remove chowder from container/bag and pour into your pot or crockpot
  • STEP 2: Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning, bringing to a soft boil
  • STEP 3: Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum 165 degrees

Crab Cakes

To Store
  • Crab Cakes ship frozen with dry ice
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze up to 30 days
To Serve
  • STEP 1: Allow crab cakes to thaw overnight
  • STEP 2: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and brush your baking pan with a little oil
  • STEP 3: Remove crab cakes from packaging and place them onto your oiled baking pan
  • STEP 4: Bake approximately 8-10 minutes or until edges are brown
  • STEP 5: Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees

  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Lobster meat may be refrigerated for up to 3 days
  • Refreezing is not recommended
