Our lemon cookie (locals refer to it as the e-Lemonader) is the prefect Spring – Summer dessert with its crunchy lemon exterior and a fluffy, buttery, lemony interior. Made with real Texas butter, cane sugar, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and natural lemon zest. Our lemon cookies arrive in a cellophane bag.

Kessler Baking Studio is a creative bakery serving baked goods that are handmade from scratch daily, using meticulously selected ingredients with no preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors. It was founded by acclaimed baker Clyde Greenhouse, a 2020 James Beard Nominee for Outstanding Baker, just north of Dallas’ Bishop Arts District.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
