To Store

  • Kits ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival, place in the fridge or freezer
  • Please Note: Gnocchi must be kept frozen. It is okay if they do not arrive frozen, however, they must be re-frozen before preparing
  • May be kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week and frozen for 1 month

To Serve

Mallaoeddus, Orecchiette, & Gnocchi
  • STEP 1: Defrost the sauce, but not the pasta.
  • STEP 2: Bring two quarts of salted water to a boil.
  • STEP 3: Warm up the sauce in sautée pan on high heat.
  • STEP 4: Cook pasta in water until it floats, about three minutes.
  • STEP 5: Add 1 oz. of pasta water to your sauce & stir.
  • STEP 6: Drain the pasta, toss with sauce, adding grated cheese to your liking
    to your liking, then plate
  • STEP 7: MANGIA! buon appetito!
Cavatelli
  • STEP 1: Defrost the sauce, but not the pasta.
  • STEP 2: Bring two quarts of salted water to a boil.
  • STEP 3: Warm up the sauce in sautée pan on high heat.

  • STEP 1: Defrost overnight
  • STEP 2: Remove from bag & bake at 375° for 45 minutes
    OR
  • STEP 2: Remove from bag & microwave for five minutes then plate
  • STEP 3: MANGIA! buon appetito!
