Brisket and Pulled Pork Sandwiches are a fun and easy way to enjoy Hill Country authentic smoked Texas barbecue at home. Includes: 1 pound of chopped tender, moist and flavorful dry rubbed high-quality beef smoked low and slow in our custom-built pits over imported Post Oak from Texas then flash frozen, 1 pound of brined, sweet chili rubbed pork butt cooked for 12 hours until the shoulder bone comes out clean then flash frozen, 1 bag of potato rolls, one jar of house-made pickles, our house-made pickled cabbage Chow-Chow slaw, 8 oz. of house-made barbecue sauce and 8 oz. of tangy Hogwash vinegar barbecue sauce.

This package serves 8 people and includes everything you need to make 4 Chopped BBQ Brisket and 4 Pulled Pork Sandwiches:

  • 8 Martins Potato Buns
  • 1 lb. Chopped BBQ Brisket
  • 1 lb. Pulled Pork
  • 1 Jar House-Made Pickles
  • 8 oz. Hog Wash Sauce
  • 8 oz. Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 oz. Chow Chow

Ingredients

  • Chopped Brisket – brisket, salt, pepper
  • Barbecue Sauce: ketchup, worcestershire, distilled vineagar, molases, anchovie, salt, garlic , tamerind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract, aple cider vineager, peach preserves, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper,
  • PICKLE: Kirby cucumber, cider vinager, chili flake, garlic, dried dill, coriander salt sugar
  • Pulled Pork – Salt, Pepper, Guajillo, Coriander, Sugar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Ancho Powder, Sugar in the Raw, Paprika
  • Chow Chow – Napa Cabbage, Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar, Rice Wine Vinegar, Jalapeno, Red Onion, Sugar, Chili Flakes

Instructions / Storage

  • BBQ ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival, place in the fridge or freezer
  • May be kept in the fridge for up to 1 week, or frozen for up to 1 month.

To Serve

Chopped Brisket

  • Be sure meat is fully thawed and remove from packaging
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Place meat in a baking dish with 1 cup of water.
  • Cover and place in the oven at 325 degrees until a thermometer reads 165 degrees or above. About 20 minutes depending on the oven refrigerator temperature.
  • Remove from the oven
  • Top with barbeque sauce. Use as little or as much as you like. We recommend starting small and adding as needed.

Pulled Pork

  • Be sure meat is fully thawed and remove from packaging
