To Serve

Pulled Pork

  • Remove from packaging
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Place meat in a baking dish with 1 cup of water
  • Cover and place in the oven at 325 degrees until a thermometer reads 165 degrees or above. About 20 minutes depending on the oven and your refrigerator temp
  • Remove from the oven
  • Top it with Hogwash Sauce, as much as you like. We recommend starting small and adding as needed.

Brisket

  • Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Remove from packaging and place brisket on a sheet pan (fat side up). Place on the center rack of your oven.
  • Cook brisket in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches 150°F.
  • To check on its readiness, poke a skewer in the middle of the brisket and then pull it back out.
  • Touch the skewer to your finger tip and if it’s warm then the brisket has heated fully through and you can remove from the oven. It will have a soft spongy texture versus hard and rubbery
  • To slice, turn the brisket over. There will be lines on the bottom. Cut against the grain so if the lines are vertical, cut horizontally, and vice versa.

Ribs
Oven:

  • Be sure ribs are completely thawed.
  • Pre heat the oven to 325 degrees
  • Remove ribs from packaging
  • Wrap the ribs in foil
  • Place ribs in the oven on a sheet pan
  • Turn oven down to 300 degrees
  • Warm ribs for 20 -30 minutes or until ribs reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees

Grill

  • Be sure ribs are completely thawed!
  • Heat one side of your grill on medium. Close the lid until the grill reaches 325 degrees
If you have wood chips you can add now. We use post oak!
  • Remove ribs from packaging
  • Wrap the ribs in foil
  • Place ribs directly on the cool side of the grill
  • Close lid
  • Warm ribs for 20 -30 minutes or until ribs reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees
  • Remove foil. Place ribs on the hot side of the grill for one minute to get some nice grill marks

Sausage

  • Be sure each sausage is fully thawed!
  • Ensure one side of the grill is more hot and one more cool
  • Cook the hot links on the cooler side of the grill so they can heat through without burning on the outside
  • Cook 5-6 minutes on each side
  • Move the hot link to the hot side of the grill. Get some nice grill marks, until the links are hot all the way through.

Tortillas

  • Remove from package
  • Heat tortillas on an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for 10-15 seconds. Flip and heat for another 5-10 seconds.

Coleslaw

  • Remove coleslaw from bag
  • Place in a bowl large enough to toss
  • Add about 1/2 of the coleslaw dressing. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
  • Remove from the refrigerator and toss
  • Add more dressing to your liking, toss and serve
