Instructions / Storage
- Blueberry Cakes ship frozen, may thaw in transit
- No preparation required. Cakes may be kept frozen for up to 6 months. They may be refrigerated for up to 1 week.

Our delivery was late due to poor weather on East Coast. Since it was seafood coming from Maine, we were concerned the products would be ruined, especially since it was also delayed by fed ex for no reason once it arrived on West coast within 35 miles of my home. Goldberg website efficiently explained how to know if product was ok to eat once arrived if delivery was delayed. Product arrived nearly 6 days after ship date and was packaged so well it was still fresh and cold, and some items still partially frozen. We loved it and gave us confidence for our next order in near future.
