Instructions / Storage
- This item arrives frozen with detailed storage and prep instructions included in the box.
- Lobster Pot Pies: Keep frozen until ready to use.Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use. Pre-heat oven to 425°. Remove pies from box and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry has begun to puff. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
- Lobster Risotto on the Half Shell: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Remove plastic wrap from shells. Place shells on baking sheet. Bake until crumbs have browned and the risotto is bubbly; about 15-20 minutes. Do Not Microwave.
- Peach Crisp: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Pre-heat oven to 350°. Remove plastic wrap. Place the frozen crisp on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
