Guss’ Pickles cures them in a salt and vinegar rice with all-natural pickling spices, freshly-chopped garlic, coriander, and celery seed. These pickled tomatoes develop a full, zesty flavor while retaining their crisp texture and fresh character — a New York deli favorite!
