To Serve

Tandoori Lamb Chops with Barberry Biryani
  • STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375
  • STEP 2: Place lamb rack on a baking sheet and bake it for 15-20 minutes (until the lamb rack reaches 150 internal temp)
  • STEP 3: Microwave the rice for 1.5-2 minutes on the highest powder or until hot
  • STEP 4: Microwave the sauce for 1 minute on the highest power or until hot
  • STEP 5: Top the rice with the lamb and add
  • STEP 6: Add extra sauce as necessary on top of lamb and rice
  • STEP 7: Enjoy!

Chicken Tikka
  • STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375
  • STEP 2: Spread out the pieces of chicken tikka evenly on a baking sheet
  • STEP 3: Heat for 15 minutes (until the chicken morsels reach a 165 internal temp)
  • STEP 4: Enjoy!

Butter Chicken
  • STEP 1: Transfer the contents from the container to a pot
  • STEP 2: Bring it to boil, stirring frequently until the gravy and chicken morsels are hot
  • STEP 3: Enjoy!

Naan
  • STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375
  • STEP 2: Spread the naan pieces in a baking sheet
  • STEP 3: Heat for 5 minutes
  • STEP 4: Enjoy!
