Instructions / Storage
- Kit ships with ice packs, will not arrive frozen
- Upon arrival place immediately in the fridge
- All sausages will last 1 week in the fridge if unopened, 1 day after opening, or Frozen up to 3 months
- All ingredients have to be refrigerated until cooking, except for Kewpie Mayo
- Kewpie Mayo can be kept at room temperature for up to 6 months
Cook the Sausage
- 1. Form Sausages into patty
- 2. Grill or pan fry.
USDA recommends cooking to an internal temp of 160 degrees
- Girl & The Goat ships Tuesday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
