Long, slow cooking with roasted garlic, local yellow onions, veggie broth, and our special spice blend creates an ambrosial sauce like no other. Also included is 1 quart of Green Chile Sauce, which starts with fire-roasted green chiles, long, slow cooking with tomatoes, roasted garlic, local onions, vegetable oil, vegetable broth, and our special New Mexico spice blend that melds the flavors like no other sauce you’ve experienced!

This package serves 6-8 people and includes

  • 1 Qt. Hatch Red Chile Sauce (Medium-Hot)
  • 1 Qt. Hatch Green Chile Sauce (Medium)


Green Chile Sauce – Mild And Hot Roasted Hatch Green Chiles, Roasted Garlic, Tomatoes, Onions, Vegetable Broth, New Mexico Spice Blend.
Red Chile Sauce – Pureed Hatch Red Chiles, Onions, Roasted Garlic, Spices, Balck Pepper, Vegetable Oil, Hint Of Pure Cane Sugar.

Instructions / Storage

  • Sauce ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, place sauce in the refrigerator or in the freezer
  • Sauce lasts up to 4 days in the refrigerator or up to 4 months in the freezer
  • Do not refreeze after defrosting.


  • Defrost sauce in refrigerator overnight.
  • Heat sauce in a pot over medium-high heat until simmering, about 5-7 minutes (sauce should be heated to approx. 200°F).
  • Remove from stove, serve, and enjoy!

  • Heat sauce in microwave for approx. 5-6 minutes, stirring soup halfway through (sauce should be heated to approx. 200°F).
  • Remove from microwave, serve, and enjoy!
