What could have been better?

This time I had a really poor experience - I was trying to send a friend going through a difficult pregnancy some bagels. Here is what happened:
1) When checking out the auto pay function that has my credit card popped up. I selected check out, and it automatically checked me out before I was able to change the address to my friend's house or add a note. The order number was 27131197
2) I immediately wrote to Customer Support with my order number and asked to cancel it (within 2 minutes) - this was last night so they were not online. I submitted a cancellation request twice, and it told me I would be contacted once customer support was back online. 
3) I also tried to do this on the email confirmation I got, but it would not let me edit my order. 
4) I never heard back today so I wrote to customer support again. The wait time was over 15 minutes on the chat, and once I finally got someone it was taking 10+ minutes between each response. Initially, they told me there was nothing they could do because the order was being prepped, and then they said they could give me a 50% refund. Then they never confirmed that and the chat ended. When I tried to start a new chat, it took another 45 minutes, and they could not find the original chat they said.

I immediately placed another order (27131525) last night with the correct info assuming I would be able to cancel the first and get my money back. This has been a bit of a nightmare. I would just like to get a refund for my first order (27131197).

Can someone please help me refund this order. I know it is getting prepped to ship, but that is only because I have repeatedly tried and failed to cancel it. I gave you the business anyway with my follow up order, and I just want a refund on the original order.
