  • Obe Ata (West African Tomato) Soup – Obe Ata is a classic West African dish due to its extremely versatile nature; it serves as the base to stews, eaten over rice or you can simple soak up this flavorful soup with bread! This version has a finer texture but is equally as flavorful and delicious. Egunsi Foods flavored the soup with their in house vegetable base, which gives a silky-smooth texture
  • Egunsi (Melon Seed) Soup – Egunsi Soup is a hearty West African comfort food made with Egunsi Foods’ namesake Egusi seed. This is a creamy, savory soup with nutty accents, flavored with vegetables, a mild Habanero kick and topped with braised collard greens
  • Groundnut (Peanut Butter) Soup – There’s just something so comforting about this rich soup with savory vegetable base and peanut butter. Sierra Leonean and Ghanaians alike consider this stew a staple of their cuisine, traditionally eaten with fufu or rice balls.
