Italian Meatballs & Marinara


  • Buona Meatballs are made fresh, frozen and shipped with dry ice which may thaw partially or fully during transit
  • Upon arrival, place the package in the refrigerator or freezer
  • Keep frozen for 12 months or refrigerated for 7 days


  • STEP 1 Thaw Frozen Product in refrigerator prior to cooking: Internal temperature of must reach a min. Temp of 165F
  • STEP 2 Heat the items by one of two methods: 
    • STOVETOP: Heat 5 min in sauce pan over medium. Heat to 165 Degree temperature
    • MICROWAVE: Microwave on High for 2-3 min, let sit, then cook for another 1-2 min. Heat to 165 Degree temperature

Italian Meatballs & Marinara Sandwich


  • STEP 1 Follow the above instructions to store and heat your meatballs and marinara sauce
  • STEP 2 Place meatballs on French roll, from end to end, allowing gravy to soak into bread
  • STEP 3 Enjoy!
