Blue Smoke BBQ and Sides

To Store

  • Ships frozen with ice packs may thaw in transit
  • Transfer your order from the shipping box to a freezer or refrigerator promptly after delivery, may be stored for up to 12 months frozen
  • Once thawed, enjoy within 3 days 

To Serve

Brisket
  • STEP 1: Warm in a 250 degree oven for 1-2 hours (if thawed) or 3 hours (if frozen) until internal temperature reaches 165
  • STEP 2: Slice or chopped as desired

Pork Shoulder
  • STEP 1: Warm in a 250 degree oven for 1-2 hours (if thawed) or 3 hours (if frozen) until internal temperature reaches 165
  • STEP 2: Pull or chop

Ribs
  • STEP 1: Preheat oven to 250
  • STEP 2: Remove from plastic, place on sheet pan and cover loosely with foil
  • STEP 3: Heat for approximately until internal temperature reaches 165
  • STEP 4: Drizzle with sauce

Chicken
  • STEP 1: Preheat oven to 250
  • STEP 2: Transfer to an oven-safe container
  • STEP 3: Heat for approximately 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165

Mac & Cheese
  • STEP 1: Warm sauce slowly in a large non-stick saucepan on low heat, until creamy
  • STEP 2: Add pasta and stir until heated all the way through. If necessary, add milk to thin the mixture
  • STEP 3: Serve immediately.

Pit Beans
  • STEP 1: Re-heat in a sauce pan until heated to 165 degrees

Cornbread
  • STEP 1: Warm in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes
