Instructions / Storage

  • Items ship with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, store turkey in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
  • Upon arrival, store remaining items in the refrigerator.
  • Turkey lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer.
  • Thaw turkey for 36 hours in the fridge prior to cooking
  • Remaining items last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

To Serve

Turkey Breast

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix 1/4 cup butter and seasonings of choice in a bowl.
  • Place turkey breast with skin side up into a roasting pan. Loosen the skin with your fingers, and brush half the butter mixture over the turkey breast and underneath the skin.
  • Tent the turkey breast with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven for 1 hour; baste with remaining butter mixture.
  • Place turkey back in the oven and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove turkey breast from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Slice, serve and enjoy!


  • Transfer gravy to a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until gravy begins to simmer.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Brussels Sprouts/Green Beans

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add 1 tbsp. stock or water per pound, cover with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes (remove foil for last 10 minutes to brown the top).
  • Serve and enjoy!

Sweet Potato Mash/Mashed Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Add 1 tbsp. milk per pound and stir.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Mac & Cheese

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Place mac & cheese in a lightly buttered baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
