Big Shake's

To Store

  • Kits ship frozen with dry ice
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Upon arrival place immediately in the refrigerator if enjoying within 3 -5 days
  • If unsure when you’re gonna enjoy place in freezer.
  • May be kept refrigerated for 3-5 days or frozen for up to a year
  • Cornbread mix may be kept in your pantry

Tenders

Tenders May be Cooked from Thawed or Frozen
  • STEP 1: Pre Heat Oven to 400 degrees
  • STEP 2: Place chicken on cookie sheet and spread out as evenly as possible
  • STEP 3: Bake on middle rack until completely heated
    • From Frozen: approx. 12-15 minutes
    • From Thawed: approx. 9-12 minutes
  • STEP 4: Enjoy!

Fried Chicken

Chicken May be Cooked from Thawed or Frozen
  • STEP 1: Pre Heat Oven to 400 degrees
  • STEP 2: Place chicken on cookie sheet and spread out as evenly as possible
  • STEP 3: Bake on middle rack until completely heated
    • From Frozen: approx. 17-20 minutes
    • From Thawed: approx. 14-17 minutes
  • STEP 4: Enjoy!

Green Beans

  • STEP 1: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight
  • STEP 2: Pre Heat Oven to 375 degrees
  • STEP 3: Transfer green beans to an oven safe dish before placing in the oven to warm
  • STEP 4: Allow to warm until completely heated,  approx. 15-20 minutes
  • STEP 5: Enjoy!

Mac & Cheese

  • STEP 1: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight
  • STEP 2: Pre Heat Oven to 375 degrees
  • STEP 3: Place tin pan containers directly in the oven to warm 
  • STEP 4: Allow to warm until completely heated,  approx. 15-20 minutes
  • STEP 5: Enjoy!

Cornbread

  • STEP 1: Pre Heat Oven to 400 degrees
  • STEP 2: Mixed 2 Cups of Cornbread Mix with 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • STEP 3: Stir until well blended
  • STEP 4: Pour into a non-stick pan or muffin pan
  • STEP 5: Bake for 15-17 minutes
  • STEP 6: Allow to cool before serving
  • STEP 7: Enjoy!
