Beal's Famous Lobster Meat

Storage:

Upon arrival, place the package in the refrigerator. Lobster meat can be stored in the refrigerator in its original container on ice for up to 1 week. Lobster meat can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Heating:

  • STEP 1 Allow the Beal’s Buttah’ to warm up to room temperature, spread the butter on each side of the brioche roll and toast each side in a pan or on the griddle, to your liking.
  • STEP 2 Open the fresh Beal’s Lobster meat and either prepare in a pan with some of the Buttah’ for a traditional taste OR mix with Beal’s Lemon Mayonnaise for a classic taste.
  • STEP 3 Place the fresh (prepared) lobster in the toasted brioche
  • STEP 4 Unwrap the fresh hand cooked potato chips… and remember to eat, drink, and be messy!
