"Taste of Antique Bar" Pasta Dinner for 8-10

It’s a pasta feast! This dinner kit contains reginetti (which resemble frilly lasagna edges) with housemade sauce made with butter, white wine, and herbs; strozzapretti (“priest stranglers” in Italian, because they resemble a priest’s collar) with sausage, spicy vodka sauce, Calabrian chiles, and Parmesan cheese; your choice of coal oven-baked stuffed bread; and bread pudding with Tuaca caramel sauce for dessert!

Antique Bar & Bakery opened in 2016 in charming Hoboken, New Jersey, in a century-old building that was the longtime home of the legendary Antique Bakery. The centerpiece of the homey & inviting restaurant is a 30-ton coal-powered oven built of porcelain brick; it’s actually the world’s largest restaurant coal oven! Filmmaker Joseph Castelo and nightlife impresario Rocco Ancarola preserved the historic oven and have kept the fire burning, and they’re putting it to good use with a wide selection of Italian-inspired favorites along with the historic bakery’s iconic breadsticks (known as “Hoboken Sticks") and stuffed breads.

  • 1 pan Bread Pudding (2 lbs.)
  • Tuaca Caramel Sauce (4 oz.)
  • Each Stuffed Bread measures 12-15" and weighs 28 oz.
  • Each Bread Pudding pan measures 8″ × 1.5″
  • Choose to add on Macaroni & Cheese!
  • Each Macaroni & Cheese measures 7″ × 5″ × 4″ and weighs 2 lbs.

Tomato Sauce – Canned Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Garlic, Onion, Basil, Parsley, Oregano
Pepperoni – All Purpose Flour, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Egg, Vegetable oil, Pepperoni, Parmesan/Pecorino Cheese

Instructions / Storage

  • Ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Pasta, bread, and bread pudding may be stored in the freezer until ready to enjoy
  • Once thawed, pasta and bread pudding should be heated and consumed within 2 days.
  • The fresh bread comes cool but not frozen, these should be consumed within 4 days or frozen immediately.
  • Bread may be kept frozen for up to 2 weeks
  • If you choose to freeze the bread, it should be enjoyed within 3 days after thawing.

To Serve

Antique Stuffed Bread

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place stuffed bread on baking sheet
  • Cook for 15 minutes
  • Heat sauce on medium heat on stove top. Transfer to bowl.
  • Dip in sauce and eat!

Priest Stranglers

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place priest stranglers in container on a baking sheet
  • Bake for 25-30 min or until hot and melty
  • Remove from the aluminum tray and put on a serving plate
  • Enjoy!

Lasagna Edges

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Place lasagna edges on baking sheet in oven
  • Bake for 25-30 min or until hot and melty on the aluminum tray and put on a serving plate
  • Enjoy!

Antique Bread Pudding

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Put in oven until hot in center and top is well toasted (approx. 20 min)
  • Remove from the aluminum tray and put on a serving plate
  • Pour Tuaca caramel sauce over the pudding
  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Enjoy!
