Sandwich Kits

To Store

  • This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Remove packaging and consume immediately, or place all ingredients except the bread in the fridge
  • Sandwiches last 3 days in the fridge and should not be frozen

To Serve


Brando
  • STEP 1: Slice the bread in half horizontally, scooping the top and bottom halves to resemble a canoe
  • STEP 2: Fill the top layer with arugula 
  • STEP 3: Add a generous portion of sweet roasted red peppers (drained)
  • STEP 4: Layer thin, folded smoked chicken breast over the bottom piece of bread
  • STEP 5: Top with provolone and close the sandwich


Matthew
  • STEP 1: Slice the bread in half horizontally, scooping the top and bottom halves to resemble a canoe
  • STEP 2: Fill the top layer with arugula 
  • STEP 3: Add a generous portion of balsamic dressing
  • STEP 4: Layer thin, folded prosciutto ribbons over the bottom piece of bread
  • STEP 5: Top with fresh mozzarella and close the sandwich

Pinocchio
  • STEP 1: Slice the bread in half horizontally, scooping the top and bottom halves to resemble a canoe
  • STEP 2: Spread a thin layer of olive paste on the bottom piece
  • STEP 3: Add a generous portion of sweet roasted red peppers (drained)
  • STEP 4: Layer thin, folded prosciutto ribbons over the bottom piece of bread, then cover them with sopressata slices
  • STEP 5: Top with fresh mozzarella and close the sandwich

Alidoro
  • STEP 1: Slice the bread in half horizontally, scooping the top and bottom halves to resemble a canoe
  • STEP 2: Spread a thin layer of hot spread on the top piece
  • STEP 3: Spread a thin layer of mushroom spread on the bottom piece 
  • STEP 4: Fill the top layer with arugula and a generous portion of sweet roasted and hot peppers (drained prior to placement on the sandwich)
  • STEP 5: Gently fold prosciutto into ribbons and layer over the mushroom paste
  • STEP 6: Top with shaved fennel
  • STEP 7: Close and enjoy!
