This tri-tip steak is given a coffee rubdown before being marinaded in a mixture of brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. It’s shipped uncooked, ready to be grilled and served with included chimichurri sauce!

  • Banana Dream Pudding – Graham cracker crust layered with banana slices, banana pudding & fresh whipped cream, sprinkled with Heath Bar topping, 4R chocolate & caramel sauce, & finished with Nilla wafers. (Serves 6)

Tri Tip
Tri Tip, Marinade (Brisket Rendering, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce (Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Water, Salt, Onions, Anchovies, Garlic, Cloves, Tamarind Extract, Natural Flavorings, Chili Pepper Extract) , Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, Granulated Garlic), Coffee Rub (Salt, Brown Sugar, Spice, Ground Coffee, Garlic, Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking))

Crispy Cream Bread Pudding (Add-On)
Crispy Cream Donut Eclairs, Milk, Sugar, Half and Half, Crushed Pinapples, Raisins, Butter, Eggs, Cinnamon, Powdered Sugar, Vanilla.

Banana Dream Pudding (Add-On)
Banana Pudding Puree (Vanilla Pudding, Pureed Banana, Sugar), Whipped Cream (Heavy Cream, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla), Graham Cracker, Vanilla Wafers, Banana, Heath Bar, Chocolate Sauce (Sugar, Water, Vanilla Extract, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Salt) Caramel Sauce (Water, Sugar, Heavy Cream, Lemon Juice, Vanilla Extract).

Instructions / Storage

  • BBQ ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival, Keep meats tightly packaged in original plastic packaging in the fridge or freeze
  • Maybe kept refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 2 months.

To Serve

Grill Method

  • Keep meats tightly packaged in original plastic packaging in fridge until ready to cook
  • Prepare grill for direct and indirect medium high heat
  • Sear the tri tip for 7-8 minutes per side over direct heat
  • Move the tri tip over to the indirect heat and grill for an additional 10-15 minutes per side
  • For medium rare, the tri tip should reach an internal temperature of 130F
  • Allow tri tip to rest for approximately 10 minutes before slicing
  • In a small bowl mix the two Chimichurri containers together – set aside
  • Slice thinly against the grain, top with Smokehouse Chimichurri and EAT IT UP!

Oven Roast Method

  • Preheat oven to 450F
  • Place the tri tip in a shallow roasting pan. Place the pan in the oven and turn down the temperature to 350F
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes per pound (each approx. 3lbs(
  • Check the internal temperature after 30 minutes. For medium rare, the tri tip should reach an internal temperature of 130F
  • Allow tri tip to rest for approximately 10 minutes before slicing
  • In a small bowl mix the two Chimichurri containers together – set aside
