Toppings include Guasacaca (Fresh avocado and cilantro sauce with onions, green peppers, garlic, a hint of jalapenos, herbs, and spices), Cilantro Lime Creme Fraiche (Sour cream with freshly squeezed lime juice and cilantro), Crumbled Queso Fresco and Homemade Pico de Gallo with tomatos, onions, cilantro and hints of lime and jalapeno.

John Rivers spent more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, traveling the country and learning everything there is to know about barbecue in his free time.   • 30 Flour Tortillas (each 6")

Instructions / Storage

  • Meats ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Sides and tortillas ship with ice packs, may thaw during transit
  • Upon arrival, keep all items tightly packaged in original plastic packaging and place in refrigerator
  • Items last up to 5 days in the refrigerator, do not freeze

To Serve:

  • Pull meat out of fridge 30 mins prior to reheating
  • Preheat oven to 225°F
  • Place meat on sheet pan and bake in oven for 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165° (keep in original packaging – the plastic packages is specially designed to withstand the heat)
  • Lighty grill flour tortillas on a stovetop
  • Serve tortillas with meat and sides and enjoy!

Oh my gosh, this is our second time ordering from 4 Rivers and we were floored again with such great tasting BBQ. The ribs are to die for, the burnt ends are fantastic, this brisket was even better than the first one we received, and even someone who doesn't care too much for sausage couldn't get enough of the sausage.
